Blended Concierge Model
Receive complete primary care and gynecologic specialty services with the Chinn GYN practice. Connect to care when you need it, with providers you will always know and recognize. They will also know you exceptionally well, in a manner that is truly designed to incorporate your needs.
Limited Practice Size
The membership fee allows us to limit our primary care practice size, provide essential behind-the-scenes work for your care outside of your visits, increase the personal nature of the care provided, and focus on meeting each and every one of your healthcare needs.

Do you offer walk-ins?
We value our patients' time and want to make sure each visit addresses your needs, so we do require appointments. When possible, we offer video visits for your convenience because we understand that daily life has enough hassles. We do our best to have same or next-day visits available for urgent needs, keeping you out of urgent care facilities and in the hands of a care team who knows you wherever possible.
What makes Chinn GYN different from other providers?
We will approach each encounter as a unique experience and each patient as a complex human being with their own unique array of needs, not as a number. We do not put band-aids on problems. Instead, we explore underlying causes and treat the symptoms along with the actual source of the concern. This can sometimes mean more visits or testing than you might receive in other settings, resulting in more thorough solutions to your concerns.
Do you offer telehealth or virtual appointments?
Yes! We offer virtual consultations and follow up appointments for certain services, making it easier for you to access expert care from the comfort of your home.
Do I need a referral to schedule an appointment?
No referral is needed, as we do not interact with insurance in the office. You can book directly with us, and our team will guide you through what to expect at your first visit.
That being said, if you intend to seek reimbursement from your insurance, you should check with your carrier before scheduling to ensure they do not have prerequisite requirements.
Is this care covered by insurance?
We are dedicated to assisting you with insurance reimbursement. After each visit, we will provide you with the necessary forms and information to pursue reimbursement through your insurance company.
We do not otherwise play any role in navigating insurance reimbursement and do not guarantee reimbursement for any services rendered by our facility.
