As women who care for women, one of the most heartbreaking things we hear is how long individuals go with issues in their pelvic floor or pelvic anatomy.
You should feel confident in your body.
You should feel confident sexually.
You should be able to control your urine.
You should NOT be avoiding sex for functional reasons (if you aren't interested, that's another story).
You should NOT be avoiding playing with your children or going for a run because you're afraid of leaks.
You should NOT be uncomfortable wearing jeans because of your labial shape.
Point being, your life should not be hindered by your individual pelvic or vulvar anatomy.
